Merchandise purchased at the Council Shop in its original packaging, with the tags attached, may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days when accompanied by the receipt or online store invoice
. Refunds on cash and check payments will be sent to the purchaser in the form of a council check. Refunds on credit card and non-expired cookie dollar purchases will be made in the same tender.
— Clearance and retired items may not be returned or exchanged.
— Defective merchandise purchased from the Council Shop may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase when accompanied with a receipt.
